Pre Employment Evaluations

Our clients ask us to evaluate [a] internal candidates being considered for promotion or [b] evaluate candidates, identified from their own sources.

Our goal is to determine the candidate’s skills, motivators/drivers and evaluate how these candidates will perform under stress or difficult business situations. With this information, we develop a gap analysis report that compares the candidate’s skills to those needed by the organization in the position. With that information, our clients can make more informed hiring decisions or could establish individualized development programs so that the individual will be a high performer in his/her new role.
