New Leadership Competencies Needed: Today's new business environment requires different leadership competencies to outperform the competition. The following are some of those competencies:

  2. Results Oriented- the ability to get results under tough conditions; inspire others to perform beyond normal.
  3. Creativity/Innovation - the ability to think through problems from a fresh point of view; deal with complexity and ambiguity. 
  4. Stress Management - the ability to perform well under the pressures of change.
