ASSESSING & PREDICTING LEADERSHIP SUCCESS
Definition of Leadership: Successful leaders build and maintain a team that  outperforms its competition.

SUCCESSFUL  LEADERS
How confident are you that your current leadership team possesses the innovation, creativity and leadership skills needed to make money in today's difficult business climate. Cutting cost is not enough.

McCauley and Lombardo, wrote in an article High Potential as High Learners, reported four factors that describe different aspects of learning agility possessed by successful leaders:

  1. People Agility - people who know themselves well, learn from experience, treat others constructively and are cool under pressures of change
  2. Results Agility - people who get results under tough conditions, inspire others to perform beyond normal, and exhibit the sort of presence that builds confidence in others
  3. Mental Agility - people who think through problems from a fresh point of view and are comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and explain their thinking to others
  4. Change Agility - people who are curious, have a passion for ideas, like to experiment with test cases and engage in skill building activities.

If you would like to learn how to:

  • Identify these tendencies before your hire or promote your next executive/manager
  • Asses a leader/manager who is under performing or may be deficient in any of the above examples
  • Provide executive coaching to improve a leader/managers performance
  • Receive a complimentary leadership assessment that demonstrates how to evaluate managers who are under performing or leading inappropriately.
