PRE-TERMINATION OPTION
Sometimes, you have an underperformer that you would like an outside professional to evaluate to determine why this person is not a high performance leader/manager. Our goal is to determine the employee’s skills, motivators/drivers and to learn why they not meeting performance expectations. With this information, we develop a gap analysis report that compares the employee’s skills to those needed by the organization in the position. With that information, a more informed decision can be made as to whether to terminate the individual or to establish an individualized development program so that the individual can become a high performer.
